A single-file artifact inlines these verbatim at seal time, after the foundation and in this order; record the hashes of the files it inlined.

Add or remove rows for any required project-approved assets copied into the artifact bundle. Do not include `logo-ASK` assets unless the consuming artifact is an ASK-instance surface and has explicitly accepted that Tier 3 overlay, or ASK has explicitly assigned the `logo-ASK` wordmark to the consuming project as its locally supplied Tier 3 and the artifact falls within the assignment's recorded scope. An assignment does not make that project ASK-the-entity.

## Audit / freeze note

This artifact is frozen at render time. The rendered HTML reads the local copies of `colors_and_type.css` and the register modules synced into the artifact bundle, not a live upstream URL. To re-render against newer upstream tokens, re-sync the local mirror and the register modules, record a new commit SHA, and regenerate. The previous artifact remains valid for audit at its recorded SHA.
